Mr Solomon Lalamani

Mr Lalamani has practiced as a Civil Engineer for over 15 years with vast experience in planning and design of road and infrastructure projects, including industrial buildings, bridges, stations, and commercial buildings. His experience also includes site supervision and construction work. As the Director of Technical Services, he is responsible for all Designs, Concepts and Technical teams for projects in all the business units.

Mr Vezi Mncwango

Vezi represents a unique set of skills and competencies in his role as Director of Ntonga Institute. His competencies lie in strategy and policy development; preparing and hosting training and facilitation programmes; risk management, business processing, and governance. As a qualified Business Coach with exceptional skills in organizational and management development, he will lead the Institute in liaising with key stakeholders including; government, private companies, organisations and communities on feasibility studies and training programmes.

Mrs Ntombi Mazubane

Ntombi graduated from Wits University with an Honours Degree in Mining Engineering. She started her employment with Anglo American in 2008 as a Mining PIT at Kriel Colliery. She progressed to the Planning Department and was appointed as a Section Manager for Zibulo's Opencast operations. She later progressed to a Shaft Manager for 8 Underground coal mining sections. Her extensive experience in the South African mining industry has ideally lead to her position as the Director of Mining and Energy. As a Director, she is responsible to strategically position and lead development mining and sustainable energy projects on the African continent.
